Tasty, soft water with low hardness
In general, a soft water that is moderately contained mineral composition with low hardness is recognized as ‘delicious water.’ The hardness of NOLLVIZ is 25 mg/l which is especially outstanding even among world widely highly regarded other Japan originated waters. NOLLVIZ is just right for as a beverage or all types of cooking, because of its clear and light flavor.
Fresh water with very few impurities
A requirement for water quality is contained only a small amount of organic residue (potassium permanganate consumption), an indicator of ‘impurity.’ Even though the standard level for good tasting water is contained 3 mg/l or less, NOLLVIZ is much lower than that at 0.5 mg/l.
