The order processes

The following steps outline to start new transaction. We will start following the procedures to complete your order.

1.
Order Request
Please feel free to contact us through the contact form when you are considering handling our products. We will send you a product brochure (PDF) by email. In addition, if you would like to have sample of product, we will send it by see freight, at the cost to the recipient.
2.
Payment
We accept a variety of secure payment methods protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

i Credit Cards
We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express credit cards. Payment is made at the time the order is confirmed. Depending on the credit card used, a foreign exchange fee may apply.

ii PayPal
You can also pay with your PayPal account. Payment will be made at the time the order is confirmed.
3.
Shipment
After payment has completed, you will receive an order completion email containing information about your order and other information related to your purchase. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please note that the shipping cost will be taken care by your company. If you have a hurry, however, please feel free to contact us for air shipment.
